随着越来越多的中国企业家在国内筹资的尝试遭遇挫折，并期盼到伦敦证交所(LSE)上市融资，预计今年又将有至少20家中国企业到欧洲这家最大的证券交易所上市。
　　At least another 20 Chinese companies are expected to list on the London Stock Exchange this year as the country's growing number of entrepreneurs, frustrated by attempts to raise capital domestically, look to raise capital on Europe's largest bourse.

　　伦敦证交所的管理人员正与中国的监管机构合作，鼓励这些公司赴英国上市。伦敦证交所作为一家讲英语的交易所，可以让企业从中受益，同时又没有在美国上市的缺点。
　　Officials from the LSE are working with Chinese regulators to encourage these companies to come to the UK, where they can benefit from the English-speaking exchange without the disadvantages associated with a US listing.

　　中国的一些银行也渴望到英国上市，以避免美国在银行信息披露方面的新法规。
　　Chinese lenders are also keen to list in the UK to avoid new regulations on bank disclosure in the US.
