近日，教育部在杭州发布了《全国15个副省级城市教育现代化监测评价与比较研究报告(2015)》，在今年的教育普及发展、教育公平推进、教育质量要素、教育条件保障4项一级指标指数排名中，达到3项排名均位居前五的城市为杭州、广州、宁波，杭州成为其中排名均进入前三的唯一城市。

　　据了解，在2014年的报告中，杭州就已成为15个副省级城市中教育发展、教育公平、教育条件保障3项一级指标指数排名均位居前五的唯一城市。今年的报告再次显示，杭州在城市教育现代化进程中居于第一方阵，继续领跑全国。
